Featured Album: "Rumours" by Fleetwood Mac

Updated: Aug 27, 2021

“Rumours” by Fleetwood Mac is the eleventh studio album by the British-American band. Released on February 4, 1977, this number one pop-inspired album chronicles the internal discord and relationship strife between the band members, coming to terms with the cathartic process of letting go in their metaphoric track “Dreams” and veiling the heartbreak of moving on in the feel-good harmonies of “Go Your Own Way.” "Rumours" took home the award for Album of the Year at the 20th Grammy Awards and has gone on to sell more than 40 million copies world-wide. In 2018 it was deemed “culturally, historically, or artistically significant” by the Library of Congress and preserved in the National Recording Registry. Stream these songs and more including “Don’t Stop” and “You Make Loving Fun” on Spotify to see why Time Magazine ranked it number one on it’s “All-Time 100 Albums” list.
